Using the App
How do I claim food?
Simply open the app, browse available offers near you, and tap "Claim" on the item you want. You'll receive instant confirmation with pickup details. Show up during the pickup window, present your confirmation, and enjoy your free food!
Can I see what food is available before claiming?
Vendors provide descriptions and photos of their offers so you know what to expect. However, since surplus food varies daily, the exact items may differ slightly. That's part of the fun — every claim is a delicious surprise!
What if I can't pick up my claimed food?
We understand plans change! If you can't make your pickup, please cancel your claim as soon as possible through the app. This allows another user to claim the food. Repeated no-shows may affect your account status.
How many items can I claim per day?
To ensure fair access for all users, there may be limits on how many items you can claim. These limits help make sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy free food from local vendors.
